THE TEEN YEARS COME WITH A LOT
Sometimes it's more than just a phase.
The teenage years are filled with change. From navigating friendships and academic expectations to developing independence and figuring out personal identity, there's a lot happening emotionally, socially, and developmentally. While many of these experiences are a normal part of adolescence, that doesn't mean they're always easy to navigate.
Sometimes teens struggle to explain what they're feeling, even when they know something isn't quite right. Other times, parents notice changes in mood, behavior, or communication and aren't sure whether it's typical teenage development or a sign that their child could benefit from additional support.
Therapy can offer a space to explore these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater confidence in navigating the challenges that come with growing up.

A SPACE TO BE YOURSELF
No pressure to have the right words. Just a place to start.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process where teens have space to explore their experiences, ask questions, and work toward goals that matter to them.
We start by getting to know you.
We'll explore what's been going on, what feels challenging, and what you'd like to be different.
We build skills that fit your life.
Sessions may include conversation, practical coping strategies, reflection, and learning new ways to navigate challenges.
Your voice matters here.
We'll check in about what feels helpful and adjust our approach together as you grow.
FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Supporting your teen while respecting their space.
Parents and caregivers play an important role in a teen's well-being. At the same time, having a sense of privacy can help teenagers feel more comfortable opening up and building trust in the therapeutic process.
We'll discuss appropriate parent or guardian involvement, confidentiality, and its limits at the beginning of treatment. When helpful and appropriate, we may collaborate on ways to support your teen outside of sessions while respecting their privacy and applicable legal requirements.
The goal is to support both a teen's growing independence and the important relationships in their life.
